Booking & Cancellation

The following outlines our booking & cancellation approach. Specific terms may be adjusted per resort policy at the time of booking.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance/full payment as agreed. Rates quoted are valid for the specific dates and inclusions confirmed in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to the check-in date and the specific resort policy applicable to your booking. We will share the exact cancellation terms at the time of confirming your booking.

No-show

Failure to check in without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show and may attract 100% cancellation charges as per the resort policy.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original mode of payment.

Force majeure

In case of natural events or circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will work with the resort to reschedule your stay or refund as applicable per policy.
